"This apartment gave us the best short break holiday we have had to date. Everything was spot on but what made it was the location, and the simply amazing view from the lounge bay windows and kitchen - overlooking Fowey and the river estuary - better than watching TV - with the world going past on water. Coastal walks were fantastic and what a refreshing change to go out on the local town by water taxi. The whole experience was fabulous!"

"I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed "

"What a great place to stay! Check in was easy, Nino popped in just after we arrived to give us the "low down" on the apartment and to also give us some really helpful information about Newquay. Super clean, had all the "mod cons" that we needed. Very much appreciate a king size bed that was so comfortable, which also goes for the twin beds. Great location, just a short walk to the beach and into town. Fantastic view from the sofa and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. Parking...

"We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"Nino the manager connected with us prior to our stay and just before our arrival. He was so friendly and informative.He came up to the suite and showed us around. The condo is decorated beautifully. It was spotless. The photos are exactly what you get. I did have a couple of conversations with Bina the owner prior and she was lovely. We had a great time and would love to return.."

"You receive excellent communications from the host on location and how to gain access to the keys. I was in Flat 4 which had a well stocked kitchen with pans, cutlery and utensils. The lounge area had 2 large sofas and a large tv with access to netflix. I had the choice of either bedroom but the master was superb with a 10/10 mattress and pillows to suit. "What a lovely little place this was. Not far from the town. You could walk in. If you struggle with the hills walking back the taxi fair was £3.60 which i thought was well worth it because i do struggle with hills. I know they have a washer but not sure if it drys aswel. It has Netflix and other streaamng channels. "

"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"
