"We booked this Hotel well in advance. They gave us a room right at the end of the hallway without a view of USS. I can understand if it was a last minute booking, but this was not. Extremely disappointed. Not too sure why others have a better view without a room right at the end when we all pay the same price."

" The property is effectively brand new so everything is in good condition. There were a couple of negative things with the building one was the flooring on the ground and first floors were basically smoothed concrete with settling cracks visible and in the restaurant the entrance to the kitchen was grubby as dirt had become ingrained into the concrete, the other negative was the heat in the communal corridors. "The hotel was very roomy compared to most small hotels I've stayed at. Even though it's more of a business hotel, it's very good for it's proximity to the train station and it's welcoming service."

"We loved our 3 nights at Hotel Keihan. Our room wasn't as big as Kyoto or Tokyo but it was fine. The staff were incredible helpful and showed us how to get to various tourist spots. We actually walked to Osaka Castle in 25 minutes along the beautiful river. We were given complimentary drinks when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Arigato."
