Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Center

"The location is excellent in the same building as the airport. We ate at the restaurant in the Sheraton and their prices were extremely high. A large burger with fries was 27 euros but we were hungry and had no other options. I think next time I would go to the airport which is a short walk indoors from the hotel and get some food there."

"Great hotel with a large rooftop terrace and medium pool & pool bar. A 20min reasonably flat walk down to the lake. A Ramen, Sushi & supermarket close by. Good breakfast.. nothing fancy but everything you want for a continental breakfast. Lovely breakfast room. Staff at reception very helpful."

"Overall, our stay at the hotel was okay. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we had some minor issues. We expected more from a four-star hotel, perhaps because we’re not familiar with Italian hotel practices. For example, they only provided body wash, so we had to buy our own shampoo. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, making it difficult to sleep if you prefer a chilly room. Still water is only available on the ground floor. While they made our beds every day, they didn’t change the bed linens, which wasn’t a problem for us since we usually take a bath before bed. However, if you prefer daily bed linens, this might be an issue."
