Das Essen und die Drinks des Hotels waren vorzüglich, so wie das ganz tolle Personal! Grüße gehen raus an Manuel, der sich wirklich hervorragend gekümmert hat und versteht, was Service bedeutet. "When we arrived we were given a ticket to park the car in their own private car park, which was very helpful. The room was spacious and the amenities were well kept and clean. A very good location also, as it was placed in a beautiful part of Wernigerode but also only 10 minutes walk away from 2 of the Harz Railway stations and a mainline station. I would highly recommend this hotel."
