In this accommodation, your dog is no problem as a travel companion.

The sea is only 200 meters (as the crow flies) away.

Free internet access is available via Wi-Fi.

Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures at all times.

The property has a large terrace.

All windows and doors are equipped with fly net / roller blind.




Our in spring 2017 generously modernized holiday home is located in a quiet part of the village, without much traffic with a view of the sea. The center of Sukošan is about 500m and the sea about 200m from the house. The main beach "Dijeći raj" (children's paradise) is about 300m, our self-built jetty with deck platform about 200m walk away.
The two separately accessible apartments "A" and "B" on the first floor, are equipped with living and sleeping rooms, as well as dining room and large balconies with seating and lounging facilities, some of which are also facing the sea.

Both apartments offer space for recreation and a feeling of well-being.
The property has sufficient parking (carport), space to play and a barbecue area on the lower terrace for tenants of apartment "B", since apartment "A" has its own barbecue on the balcony. In the garden there is also a shower, if a cooling in between times is necessary. You can also use bicycles after a short consultation.
You can shop right in town or in the numerous supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Interspar, etc.) in the approximately 8 km distant city of Zadar.
