"- All staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. I would come back COMO because of their services! I wish I could name all of them throughout my stay. - Shambhala Spa is a Heaven. Rathi did all my services for 4 days. Love her attentiveness and massages. - COMO makes great effort to maintain the landscape, the layout of the property is well designed. I literally stayed in for an ultra relaxing stay. - The breakfast selection is good, it has daily selection to add on some variety. Other observations that needs maintenance - the shower head in the room is a letdown, the down light in the room also started to flicker. There is mould on the long mirror in the room, shouldn’t happen for the premium room rate. "

"We had an incredible stay at The Kayon Jungle Resort. The property is tucked into the jungle with gorgeous views and a peaceful vibe, with only 38 rooms and suites. We stayed in a private jungle-view pool suite, and it was everything we hoped for: relaxing, comfortable, and surrounded by nature. The staff truly made our stay special. Lia was especially kind and attentive when my daughter wasn’t feeling well, and Sapti, Yoga, and Kristna were equally warm and professional. Every team member we met showed genuine care and pride in their work (I asked. It turns out it comes from the top, and it shows). Shout out to our driver, Sandi, as well, for waiting patiently while we explored the Monkey Forest on our way to the next hotel. The pools are stunning, the design is beautiful, and the whole place feels like a luxurious retreat. The food was excellent across the board, great flavors, generous portions, and beautifully presented. Room service was especially impressive, and we relied on it quite a bit when my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something quiet, personal, and authentic near Ubud. One thing to note: the resort is open to non-guests from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for pool, food, and drinks, but guests get access from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., which was a nice bonus."

"Ayung resort was a breath taking stay. An absolutely beautiful resort within the jungle with native wildlife, the roaring sounds of the Ayung river & the tranquility we were hoping for. All staff were exceptional, going above & beyond to accommodate our needs ensuring we had the most memorable experience. The restaurant manager, was by far the most attentive & welcoming staff member & he should be praised for his work ethics. With that in mind, all staff were fantastic. The restaurant had menu options for all tastes and every meal was delicious & beautifully plated. We also enjoyed massages, and whilst more expensive than massage options on the street it was still much cheaper than Australian boutique spa’s and the room was stunning with the tranquil sounds of the river below. The setting made this experience worth the cost. Our room was large, comfortable & impeccably clean. The free mini bar was a huge hit with the teenage kids. "

"Spectacular in every aspect. The property is so serene, our room was amazing with a view from the balcony that was paradise. The spa was exceptional and our couple massage was fantastic. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious with a lovely view of the trees and kites flying high in the sky! But most of all the entire staff provided friendly and outstanding service! Attention to every need we could possibly imagine. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and relaxation this is your perfect destination."

"When first arriving to the property we were immediately blown away with how beautiful and peaceful as well as well maintained the property was. We appreciated there was a security at the front entrance to verify if you were a guest of the property and that we were safe. We were showed to our unit and given the code that unlocked our personal entrance. The living room was spacious with a full equipped kitchen and 1/2 restroom area. We had a nice size television and our own private pool alongside the patio that was filed with flowers, plants and the sounds of birds chirping or a rooster. The rooms were a really nice size and had plenty of space for clothing etc. full bathrooms. This property also provided a full restaurant that served breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a nice selection of nonalcoholic to alcoholic beverages. We were able to enjoy the pool and gym as well. The pool had such a wonderful view of Ubud and watching the sparrows fly above us as they sing was nothing but amazing and a breathtaking experience. Everyday the housekeepers asked if we needed service so that was a plus as well being we stayed for a week. I would recommend this property to any and everyone. The workers are super friendly and nice. They speak really good English and are always willing to help with making sure your comfortable with your stay. If you need a taxi or finding other restaurants to eat at. Thank you for proving excellent customer service and keeping up with your property. "
