"We started at wonderful Hotel Baeren for two nights, and loved every second! We arrived a little late, and our key was left for us, super convenient to check in. Ample free parking right next to the hotel, close to everything and VERY quiet. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They had a coffee/tea station for us 24/7, with fruit, water and granola bars as well. The breakfast was also incredible. We would highly recommend this hotel. "It was absolutely fantastic. An old Villa transformed in a boutique hotel with great personality. It is like to be at home but even better! Many languages are spoken there! Rooms are gigantic and furniture is practical yet with a neat design, although the rooms look very romantic. "This was a good hotel, best part is that the tram is pretty much right there when you step out of the hotel. All front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were a good size, nice, clean. We did not try the breakfast so I don't know how good it was, the reason we didn't try was because it was $35 per person, we found that way too expensive. One thing I found weird was that when you are showering, the person outside on the bed has the option to open a frosted glass sliding door and watch you shower, and there is nothing the person in the shower can do about it. Personally, didn't care, just found it funny and could be an issue depending who you're rooming with. Nice soaker tub in the bathroom. We ate at the pub in the hotel, it was decent, nothing special. The bed was good, not great. Overall, it's a good hotel. "

The only negative was the smell of marijuana that we would get because we needed to leave our windows open to keep the room cooler. "

"Very impressive hotel. Easy to navigate and get around, breakfast wasn’t massive however enough to fill you up! Staff were very helpful and attentive. Closest train station is a very short drive with cheap parking or about 25 min walk for anyone needing to use it. The room was very nice however only a small fan so did get quite warm at night. Overall was a very good stay with no complaints ."
