"The room is modest, which is what I expected. That said, perfect for my purposes as a solo traveller. Clean, functional, well situated. The fitness centre is a few weights, weight machines, rubber bands, and mats. Two huge pluses: the nearness of Tabata metro station, and the varied and excellent breakfasts. Oh, and the availability of a drinks machine which provided hot or cold coffee, tea or water any time of the day or night. Tokens to supplement your drinks and food arrangements were a nice touch, too. I even used the bath my final night.
For light sleepers, be forewarned there will be noise from the station next door. It’s impossible to escape except if you have noise cancelling headphones. Me, I eventually got used to it. Since this is Tokyo, which has a fantastic if somewhat bewildering array of transit options, I suspect it would be difficult to find a noise proof hotel in the city. Be that as it may, I would return to this hotel."
