"Small but clean room. The refrigerator smelled a bit every time I opened it, but other than that, it was fine. I wish they had wash cloths for amenity. The location was very good. Very convenient for getting food and riding JR trains."

"This hotel was everything good other than without elevator. The place was so close to Koenji downtown and station easy to go around Tokyo. But should be considered there is no elevator despite the rooms are located 3rd and 4th floor on the building. Using stairs is the only way to approach to the rooms. I don’t recommend it to families with huge luggages. But the response from staff and Omotenashi was so great. If you want to feel Japanese hospitality this place is the one of the best."
