We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. "The nearest dining place is 30mins drive and there's nothing to eat in the hotel tho there's a restaurant in the hotel but it's not open. We have to clear our own trash. Staff do not speak english.bed is hard and pillow to thin and soft."

"Hotel is situated close enough to Namba subway station ( about 10 mins walk) , yet is in a bit of a quite area which was a nice place to come home to after a day of sightseeing and shopping in the busy streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch along with the free toiletries.
There is a Lawson store conveniently located just steps away on the second floor, which also has a department store and ramen shops nearby.
The only critique I have is the room cleanliness. Perhaps it was a one off, but our sink was not cleaned well from the previous occupant, with a qtip left between the sink and counter trim, along with obvious mildew on the faucet which could have come off with a decent scrub. This was a bit of a turn off for an otherwise pleasant room.
Overall it was a great stay and would be a contender if we visit Osaka again"
