Its literally right next to the parking lot, easily walkable. There is plenty of parking and the condo fit two families of four comfortably. "Its a old house. It looks newer in picture. It is close to other homes. We didn't like the fireplace as it didn't have a safety glass. We had to pick up the key far from where the house is located which was out of our way. We had to backtrack. Very inconvenient."

"We had a great weekend in Big Bear. The house was clean and super cute. The kitchen was fully functional and we made several meals. We really like that each room had a Roku TV so people could relax around the house. There was a large front and back lawn for playing in the snow and Alpine Slide Park was right down the road. The hot tub was also clean and worked well. Highly recommend!"
