Our Luxury Mountain Cabin is centrally located in Boone, NC. In the heart of The Blue Ridge Mountains, just 10 minute drive to Boone and ASU , 5 minute drive to mast general store and Valle Cruicis park. 16.5 Miles to Beech Mountain, 14.8 Miles to Sugar Mountain. 25 Minutes to Blowing Rock and 4 miles to Laurel Creek Falls.

Enjoy views throughout the entire home with family and friends. The home offers an open living concept perfect for family gatherings. Inside of the cabin you will feel completely at ease, meticulously clean, modern yet rustic furniture and decor. Handmade furnishing by local mountain craftsman. Spend time playing foosball, shuffleboard, corn hole, jumbo jenga, jumbo connect four and board games. Relax and read a good book by the fire place. Enjoy complimentary s'mores by the fire pit, warming up in the 6 person luxury hot tub, and winding down with 180 degree views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We can guarantee you wont want to leave.

The cabin has a 2 car garage, perfect for winter weather. Our spacious and level driveway and garage allows for up to 4 cars.

You will have the entire place to yourself. A special key code will unlock the door during your stay. Our spacious driveway and garage allows for up to 4 cars.

We have a team in the area who will be able to assist as needed, but we are always available to assist our guests.

Military Veterans, active and reserve will receive a 10% discount. We greatly appreciate the sacrifices you make for our country.

Please be advised winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. For your safety, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This requires 4-wheel drive, good tires and snow chains. It is the guests responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be no reimbursement or rescheduling as a result of inclement weather.

The property was outstanding and the host did a superb job. I highly recommend this location for anybody looking for house in the mountains. The view was breathtaking waking up and watching the sunrise. It was conveniently located to go out and go exploring as well as getting back to relax and play fun games with my family. We had a wonderful time with the whole family staying here. What a stunning view. We really enjoyed all the different types of games we could play as a family. Place was very clean and handicap accessible for my father in law. Would love to come back and stay longer.

Took our 4 year old twins to this cabin for the 4th of July holiday. Both the cabin and view were amazing. There were so many little touches that made the stay extra special. The kids loved all the toys and getting to make s’mores and we loved sitting back and looking at the Mountain View. We would definitely return!

This cabin is awesome! Well located just outside Boone. Amazing view with good road access. The last two hundred yards are really uphill but well worth it. This cabin has everything you need and more. We will be back next year!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties in the mountains of western NC, and this is one of our very favorites. The views are stunning, the house itself is clean, charming, and very well-appointed -- complete with toys and games for the kids, a game room with shuffleboard and foosball, and (most important to the grownups) a VERY well-stocked kitchen. Highly reccomend!

We travel to the NC mountains once a year from Winston-Salem and have stayed in many cabins over the years. Ain’t Life Grand is definitely our favorite with comfortable accommodations, stunning views and lots of little extras provided by the hosts. We had a wonderful time on spring break reconnecting with our grown children and day trips to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Boone. Truly enjoyed this lovely property and would highly recommend.

My family spent Thanksgiving week on Sugar Mountain and couldn't have been happier. We took our son to Tweetsie, fishing, hiking & also enjoyed the hot tub. A beautiful house at the top of the mountain. Our grandkids loved all the games and toys they found. We loved the kitchen and den that had a wall of windows that provided one of the best views of the NC Mountains anywhere. Great fireplace and a comfy hot tub included. We recommend it! 5 stars!

The cabin is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic, but there are no words to describe the incredible view from Ain’t Life Grand! Looking out at the mountains gave us all such a feeling of serenity. The huge windows provided a beautiful view even when we were inside. The cabin was immaculate and well-stocked. We stayed at the cabin for most of the trip as we had everything we needed right there for a perfect vacation.

This is a beautiful property with the best views of any. The owners take great pride in anticipating the needs of guests and providing for them. This is an annual trip for us and in most every way this was the best home and owners ever. It would appear the listing provided for the property manager needs updating as the one provided did not reply. After our stay and speaking with the owner I highly recommend this property.

Every thing was great and impressed with the cleanliness and the supplies in the bathroom and all over the home supplies for us to use! The sheets smelled so fresh and the towel’s smell like fresh downy!!! We even got left some water and wine coolers ! We replaced next day so thank you so much also the flowers were beautiful!!!!

We had a great week with family (we are from Florida, they are from NH) belatedly celebrating my husband‘s 90th birthday in May and our first trip outside our Covid bubble. The house was immaculate and was very easy for him to get around with his walker. Our kids hiked, we drove around and inhaled the cool mountain air. Heather was very responsive to the few issues we had. We have rented many times from VRBO. This beautiful cabin is one of the best.
