"I liked the clearness and the open feel of the living space thanks to the high ceiling and the super bright lighting. The two complains are the flimsy chair that seems to be designed for tiny people. The other one is the lack of bath mat. "Kelvin was a very good host, I was having trouble signing in on VRBO app. We were able to connect in What app which solve my worries. Kelvin Apt is as described bright and airy. "The place is big and priced well for it's size. It's also within reasonable walking distance from ikebukuru station. But, it was not clean when we arrived and the cleaners arrived only at 8PM. The shower smells strongly of mold and if you leave the shower door open, you can smell it in the entire house. One of the beds is broken and the sofa chair is also broken (bent out of shape leg). Old thin towels, and in general a feeling the place is minimally maintained. It's ok if you need a big place...
