"Beautiful clean room and comfortable beds, breakfast was great, stayed there couple times before when I’m in the area, always a great experience, this time staff in the breakfast room were a little impatient with the young crowd serving themselves, making a mess, staff were frustrated by it. Having to mop and clean every where among the guests, it was too busy for them. Probably short staffed that day. "

"From check-in to check-out, I was very pleased with my entire experience, and would recommend the Sonesta White Plains to anyone visiting this very nice and quaint city. The overall ambience of the entrance, lobby bar, restaurant, and pool, were clean, contemporary, and classy. My room was perfect for my short stay and I will definitely stay here again in the future. They kept that cool with even sports teams and other events in the hotel going on. It was a pleasure seeing the staff work it was another employee that caught my eye because they helped me so well but the name I do remember is Jaylie. If she is there expect no complications, patience, willing to explain and go beyond. She was awesome and made the stay worth it! "
