Pool and Beach View House

House with 3 floors and a basement with garage. It has a large living room with views of the beach and the pool. The pool and the beach that are less than 20 and 40 meters respectively. It has a fireplace in perfect conditions of use. Renovated and well equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (1 with a King Size bed, 2 with a Queen Size bed and 1 with two single beds). All mattresses are new. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet completely renovated. Pool and area for children.

On the main floor you can find a large living room with fireplace in perfect working order to make a fire on the coldest days. It has a large kitchen completely renovated with gallery where you can find a washing machine and a dryer. On this floor is the completely renovated toilet. Finally, you will find a great terrace overlooking the pool and the children's area where you can enjoy your meals.

On the first floor there are 3 fully equipped rooms. The first room has 2 single beds. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both rooms have access to a terrace from which you can enjoy the views of the sea and the pool. The last room on this floor has a queen size bed. On this floor is the main bathroom completely renovated.

In the attic of the house you can find a great room with a king size bed, a space for reading and a terrace overlooking the sea and the pool.

The house has hot and cold air conditioning.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people. In addition, there is room in the rooms to include a baby cot.

Towels and bedding are made available to guests, as well as several games in case guests want to use several. We also prepare a series of complimentary details, such as coffee, tea, etc. for our guests

Finally, guests can park their cars in the garage of the house or in front of it and can leave their bags or objects that they will not use during their trip in this garage.

Guests can access the communal pool that is less than 20 meters from the house through a path enabled for it.

Through this same step, they can access the beach, less than 30 meters from the property.

Less than 5 meters from the house, there is an area for children that has benches and street lamps for the smallest of the family.
