"AC non functional, internet malfunctional, room not clean and not serviced well, bathroom lacks cleanliness, no water provided, tv malfunctional. I am appalled by my own mistake of booking this hotel. I have never been duped based on the charge (extremely high) i expected basics to be taken care of. I blame Orbitz for this lack of supervision. "Very nasty hotel, untidy, hotel bed sheet are very nasty. Behaviour of staffs are very much objectionable. They have taken our ordered food from swiggy for their own consumption and when we have given objection they have sent goons to our room. Somehow we have escaped.
