Shop 3.3 km, bus stop 29.1 km, pebble beach, shingle beach 10 m. Please note: private mooring, on request. The owner lives in the same residence. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

Small kitchen (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (20). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
