"Great staff, great property. Only issue we had was that mapping software didn’t know where the parking lot was. Once we figured that out, it was a lovely stay. Loved the breakfast too!"

"Mixed review. Served its purpose for an overnight near the airport, but not impressed. Front desk staff were not helpful, room was small, hallway carpet very dirty and stained. Hard wood floor in room had areas of balled up hair."

"The third stay at this hotel and it was awesome. The location is great and it’s very close to the palace. The design of the hotel is unique replicating a palace. Very clean rooms and wonderful spa amenities. We took a dip in the outdoor pool after a long drive. Food in the restaurant is extremely good. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. My favourite stop when I drive south through Italy."

"Be aware that if you plan to cruise or use the airport shuttle, do your research. The location is not close to the cruise port, so you will pay a lot in taxi fares. The airport shuttle only runs from 9 am to 5 pm. If you have a large group, they will not accommodate the whole group, plus you have to reserve in advance.
