"Unser Aufenthalt in Borsigliana war traumhaft. Das komplett renovierte, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Ferienhaus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt (moderne Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Kamin, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, toller Aussenbereich mit Plunge-Pool zum Abkühlen, schöner Terassenbereich zum Sitzen und die Seele baumeln lassen und eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die umgebenden Berge). Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Kräutergarten mit Rosmarin, Minze, Salbei, Oregano, etc. Unsere Gastgeber Marta und Roberto waren sehr gastfreundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar mit vielen tollen Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen und Tipps für Restaurants und die Kommunikation per WhatsApp oder persönlich einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt sehr ländlich, man hört nur die umliegenden Wälder, die Kirchglocken und ab und zu mal einen Hund oder Traktor. Die zum Ferienhaus führende Straße ist relativ schmal, war aber für unseren VW Touran geeignet. Zum nächsten Supermarkt benötigt man ca. 10 min mit dem Auto. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern und Hund da und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir wünschen Marta und Roberto alles Gute für die Zukunft und viel Erfolg für ihre weiteren Vorhaben. Sollte uns der Weg nochmals in die Toskana führen, kommen wir gerne wieder!"

"Dejligt sted, privat pool og terrasse. Levede fint op til dig vi havde forventet ud fra billeder. Det skal noteres at stedet mere er en lejlighed end egentligt hus ligger i samme bygning med andre lejligheder/beboer, så man er ikke helt ugeneret, da naboerne ligge tæt ved. Det skal bemærkes at stedet er i 2 etager. Man kan ikke køre helt op til stedet i bil, da vejen er meget smal, men parkering plads tæt på. Meget huggelig lille by, men en restaurant og en cafe/bar. Fin udsigt fra haven, terrassen og fra altan."

"We had the most amazing stay at Palazzo del Duca! Mirella and Francesco were incredible hosts from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help organize everything on our wedding day, making it completely stress-free.Mirella prepared an absolutely delicious wedding meal that our guests are still talking about, and Francesco’s wine tasting was such a fun and memorable experience. The villa was the perfect place for our families to relax, spend time together, and celebrate. The rooms were charming, the area was beautiful, and we truly loved every minute of our stay.We already miss it and can’t thank Mirella and Francesco enough for making our wedding and vacation so special. We would recommend Palazzo del Duca to anyone without hesitation!"

"Genau das Richtige für gestresste Städter wie uns. Die Ruhe, die Abgeschiedenheit, die gute Luft, Handyempfang nur bei günstigem Wind und alles Grün. Und nochmal: DIE RUHE !!!Ponzanello ist fast verwaist Ende Mai aber mit genug Holz für den mittelalterlichen OFFENEN (wo gibt es sowas denn noch?) Kamin in der Küche lassen sich auch 8 Nächte locker aushalten. Wir empfehlen jedem sich die Bilder von Alberico anzusehen, denn genau das erwartet euch auch. Einfaches und ehrliches Leben in der Stille der Berge in einem 600 Jahre altem Haus. Ganz sicher nichts für Gäste die sonst in Luxus Fewos für den 4-fachen Preis absteigen und dann mit einem Käfer auf dem Küchenboden oder dem nicht vorhandenen Sofa im nicht vorhandenen Wohnzimmer nicht klarkommen.Für uns war es wie gesagt genau das Richtige.Danke für die wunderschönen 2 Wochen lieber Alberico."

"If you do not speak Italian, it is useful to know how to speak some Italian. The people are very kind and lovely, but it’s helpful to know Italian language. The setting is beautiful and food is delicious at the restaurant. The accommodations are clean, nice. I would return to the place and stay again. It is peaceful and relaxing."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"The place is wonderful. What I did not like much is that some of the facilities were not available (hidro massage, gas bbq). The road to get there is also narrow and full of curves, but totally worth it. The family do not speak much in English, but we always could mostly understand each other. The apartment that I got was old fashioned and better than I could expect and with almost everything you might (no salt or oil to cook, but everything else). The view is amazing and the heating elements worked great for the starting cool nights (15 or less). If I can, I would stay again!"
