The breakfast was delicious, the beds super comfy, the bathrooms modern, and the rooms nice and quiet. What really stood out was how thoughtful and helpful the staff were — especially at the front desk. I've stayed here a couple of times now and can't wait to come back next year."

Only negative is the location, a bit far away from V&A waterfront & mall out the front of hotel felt a little unsafe at times."
