"We stayed as a couple at Agriturismo S'Ozzastru for 13 nights, between July & August.
This was our first stay in an agriturismo, which is a sort of working holiday farm, where the animals live, but you can’t see them as the land is very big.
We stayed in a standard room that was of a good size, had all we needed for when we came back in the evening after a long day out! The beach umbrella was really a nice touch!

The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"
"b&b is down a v narrow street. google maps says it's on the left but it is on the right. the hotel itself is v charming, restored with care by the owner whose family built the palazzo. Unfortunately no lift, but the manager brought our luggage up to our room. wish we could have stayed longer."
