"b&b is down a v narrow street. google maps says it's on the left but it is on the right. the hotel itself is v charming, restored with care by the owner whose family built the palazzo. Unfortunately no lift, but the manager brought our luggage up to our room. wish we could have stayed longer."

"This property is in a wonderful location in a fantastic little village. It exudes a friendly vibe and has a family feel. The staff were really attentive and the room was beautifully cleaned and well appointed. The view from the balcony is magnificent! Air-conditioning worked well and the breakfast was great."

"Casa Marta was a perfect home base for exploring the many beaches around Orosei. Claudio was an exceptional host, meeting us timely for check in, reviewing the particulars of the house, and providing great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and outings. He was very responsive to any questions or needs (even dropping off an extra fan at our request).The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, especially considering we were there during a particularly hot spell. The upstairs stayed cool during the day with the storm shutters closed and cooled quickly in the evenings with the breeze (screens helped keep any bugs at bay, though we saw few). The heat pump AC in the downstairs provided a cool respite when we returned from the beaches on the afternoons. Kitchen was well appointed, the beds and living room were comfortable. Would definitely stay again."

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"
