"The hotel is very well run, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean and quiet. The bar was not open the two nights I stayed which was inconvenient for business. Great bed and very central location"

"What a nice hotel. Beds are were the most comfortable we have experience so far this trip. Front desk staff was so helpful. The only reason for 4 stars for service was because we had asked for 2 additional towels and more toilet paper a couple times but it never showed. Maintenance came to fix the shower and was timely and successful. Walking distance to shopping, restaurant and train."

"The lack of A/C and too hot a room, plus too soft beds, required opening the windows to all the sirens and noise and an uncomfortable lack of sleep. Plus, the Can-opener was broken and NO ONE to call to get a replacement. The "soft-bed" was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable."

"The hotel was a bit dated with a small room . Not was i was hoping for. The pool was very nice . Some staff were very nice and others were totally not wanting to do anything for you . Quite a ways out of the centre so required getting bus into town . "

"Good hotel with decent and clean rooms. Location is a pain with cases on public transport being a chore to get to/from metro station and too far to walk from the bahnhof. Skipped breakfast as it was too expensive an used nearby cafes."
