"The staff was awesome and the location very convenient. The graphiti on the exterior building walls in the neighbourhood was a little unsettling however, the neighbourhood was very safe to walk in day or night. The the opportunity to walk to the Karlsruhe Zoo as it is well worth it."

"While this property is outside the center of heidelberg, it is much cheaper and transport is very convenient. We drove into the central car park, which took about 7 minutes. Alternatively, there is a tram opposite the hotel, which seems convenient enough! The hotel has private parking that comes with a current charge of €12.50, and there are plenty of free street parking around the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. Everything from lights, curtain and cleaning request can be done via the room dashboard panel by the door. The hotel staff is efficient and friendly, the check in and out process was simple. I would definitely use again if i was in hieldelberg again."
