"Hotel was ok, but could be better. Mattress was very thin and umcomfortable. Duvet was oddly smaller than the size of the bed which made it difficult to use. It was twin sized while the mattress was queen sized. Maybe it’s a German thing. The air conditioning had an administrative lock on it so the room never got below 24 degrees even though I had the system set to 19. There were several large spider webs in my room and a big clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Not very clean. Staff was nice though."

"Lovely historic hotel in a beautiful spot next to the Rhine (Beer garden particularly beautiful on a sunny afternoon in early September!) Our room was a generous size and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and in a beautiful setting with amazing views and breakfast equally good, with a good amount of choices to suit everyone. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which all made for a great stay. Thank you so much"

"The hotel looks modern and very well maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a surprisingly wide selection for a three-star hotel. We stayed in a standard double room, and it was much bigger than we expected. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderful property located in a lovely small village just outside Koblenz. Spa and gym were very nice. Only wish the sauna opened at 7am along with the pool. The hotel restaurant is very nice but if you prefer a more traditional German dining experience consider walking into the village and visiting the restaurant there."
