"It was AH-MAZING!!! Everyone was so beyond pleasant & had a wonderful time. Room was clean & outstanding. Pool was warm & relaxing with the salt water warm pool, they promoted it & succeeded. My mom & a fabulous time there & look forward to coming back. The complimentary warm breakfast was lovely, as well. Definitely recommend ling to friends & family & whoever else is looking for a place to stay. Grear pricing for a FAB stay!!! Definitely check it out, you wont regreat it!"

"The surfaces werenot cleaned adequately. There were two table tops that i had to scrub to get what was filth that you could not see. But you could feel it on the table top. I use my had to tell if it's clean, sticky, crusty. "

"We arrived early due to traveling conditions. We were told we would have to pay an extra $30 to check in early. No one checked to see if our room was ready. We were told it was a system auto add-on if we checked in before 3:00. No apologies were made or no attempts to make us comfortable until 3:00(it was 1:45). They just told us to come back. I felt this was not acceptable at all. Not really the girl at the front desks fault…I feel this is a company policy that needs to be reconsidered."
