"We went on a family vacation with our daughter, our son-in-law and two grandchildren who are 11 and nine. We stayed for six nights so we were there long enough to eat many breakfasts, see many employees and experience our rooms. We LOVED the hotel and we LOVED its people. Everyone was so gracious, friendly, and genuinely interested in their guests. The rooms were wonderful. Because of the length of our stay, we stayed in junior suites with balconies. They were super. Breakfasts were superb. The menus changed daily while there remained some staples as well. Late afternoon was a reception with drinks and some snacks. The staff at the reception were so friendly, outgoing and actually interested in us. The personnel in the breakfast area were to a person so very, very nice! I’m a midwesterner as us the rest of my family. We don’t bestow platitudes casually so when I speak so highly about a hotel and its staff, it comes from the heart!"

"Room was clean, bed very comfy, plenty of parking. Pool looked great, sauna was great. When we first opened the door to our room, it was very musty smelling, air was off. We turned air on, front desk clerk sprayed some air freshener and the musty smell went away. Breakfast was ok, but the gal keeping food stocked was more interested in her phone. Had to ask each morning for her to fill breakfast items that were very low or out. "

"The cabin was overall clean and centrally located. We had an issue with dirty bedding but the staff took care of the problem. We had the end 6 plex cabins and you could hear traffic noise while in the cabin which was not a major issue but something to be aware of if you select those cabins. "

"close to lots of shopping and restaurants, close to expressway, convenient to pull off of I-90, convenient snack choices next to front desk, free hot coffee at night next to front desk, pre-check in made it easy at front desk, our special requests were met (main floor room and bathtub in room)"
