"Our family get together was enjoyable because we were not on top of each other every family had their own unit if we wanted alone time we had our own unit. Water pressure was an issue but was enough to take showers and the instant hot water was 5 stars treat. The place could really be a fantastic get away with a little TLC. Cleaning staff did not do a good job, baseboards were dirty, cobwebs throughout units. ovens were filthy and a couple of air condition units were not working but the units never felt hot or uncomfortable. All in all everyone had a great time on the beach, in the water and in the kayaks. Although I have pointed out some issues that could have made our vacation better, we had a lot of fun, fun, fun. And will probably book again next year."

"Very nice and pleasant and clean cabin. My Daughter and I are very pleased with playing area and beach to the cabin patio and very short distance to water. Our little girl was in her glory with swimming and building sand castles and swing set. Had a fabulous time and highly recommend cabin and beach and waterfront. Host was very pleasant and professional and made sure our stay was a great and joyful time. Thank youGod Bless you Always Sandra Acker"

"Location is great and quiet. Exterior and interior of cabin needs cleaning. Cobwebs,dead flies,dust needs attention. It needs a deep clean really and that would help immensely. AC worked great, the kayaks need a place to store rather than all leaning on our cabin. 50/50 on us coming back."

"The cabin and owner were both amazing. It was so clean and the size was perfect. All the amenities of home, and sits on a beautiful, wooded lot. Loved watching nature right in front of us. It was easy acces to stores, gas stations and restaurant and sight seeing. We will definitely be back."

"This was our 7th stay at this cottage because we love it so much! It feels so secluded even though there are cabins close. Everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation on such a great beach. Tim is great at communication. I already booked our 8th visit!"

"The location is perfect. Nice to have the deck, beach chairs and access to the beach was wonderful. The house itself could use some updating (bathroom/ kitchen) but for the price we paid I’ll accept. Upstairs is hot and doesn’t cool well, you have to have the ceiling fan and the loft fan both on. Cleaning could have been better all around. There seemed to be a lot of hair missed and not clean counter tops in bathroom and kitchen. I’d be prepared to clean some before enjoying your stay. A few small issues that we just accepted as far as the upstairs tv not working, a few outlets not working, and exposed outlets but overall we spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed the amazing views."

"This is a perfect cabin for a couple looking for a quiet get away in the area. Single bed and bath with a porch right on the pond, we enjoyed watching the fish churn the water to a boil at feeding time. Although it may be small for a family, my wife and I had a wonderful stay here."
