The room was very large and very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The carpet in the hall and stairs was well worn and should be replaced.

Good price for the area. The outside needs work. The hallways need to be vacuumed. Surprisingly the room wasn’t that bad. I expected worse so I brought along a sleeping bag. It probably wasn’t necessary but I used it anyway

A complaint sandwich: 1. BAD: Filthy! Carpets were disgusting, stains and debris throughout hallways, stairwell, ROOM - had vomit stain next to bed that could easily have been shampooed. 2. GOOD: TV didn't work but staff fixed very quickly even though it was late. Super accommodating, quick, and friendly (<2 min to room). 3 BAD: Breakfast was sad. Food was mostly no bueno but things got worse from there. The toaster and the microwave are on the same circuit (dangerous) and can't be used at the same time without tripping a breaker. When someone asked about it, kitchen staff had an attitude like the customer should have known better, LOL. Overall, for the price, it was tolerable as long as you keep your expectations low and understand you get what you pay for.

The staff was very courteous. This hotel was pretty run down though, and definitely needs some TLC. There were carpeting stains, very poor lighting, and there was mildew in the shower. I would choose a different option.

The staff was very kind easy check in and out. Pool was.broken which is one of the reasons we chose to stay there. The room could have been cleaner but was okay. It just seems to be an old hotel. Also no cable or abilities to watch movies that we could see.

Not my first choice

Run down hotel. Empty, drained pool. Intermittent loud hum emanating from mini fridge or ? made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast waffles were good. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Too bad the place isn't better maintained.

It's not bad for an overnight stay. Room is clean by the naked eye. It seems they're not totally prepare our room. Because only 1 bath towel, no bar soap, no floor mat. Indoor pool closed under maintenance(dont know for how long-they should mention it in the website at least) Continental breakfast its fine...

Inaccurate description on Hotels.com

The description on Hotels.com was inaccurate. I says that there are two pools, one indoor and one outdoors. There is no outdoor pool and the indoor one is closed for “construction”. But nobody was working on it for the three days we were there. If we had been traveling with children, we would have gone elsewhere. Speaking of going elsewhere, the free breakfast was so bad that after the first day, we skipped it and paid to go to out for breakfast. Finally, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Fortunately, the shower worked. I gave it three stars because the room itself and the beds were comfortable and we only went to the room to sleep.

Room was updated and comfortable but there was some wear and tear and updates needed in the main hallway. Ex, hall carpeting had a lot of wear and tear, walls need paint, doors were scratched with some chunks out of the wood. Area by back door in parking lot was littered with trash and dirt.
