Inviting holiday flat with sauna in Stumm

Resting in Kaltenbach and offering stunning panoramic views of the Zillertal Valley, this is a 2-bedroom apartment. It comes with a private sauna to relax and unwind after a hectic day. This apartment is ideal for families or 6 friends staying together.

The town center with grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife pubs rests at 200 m. You can be there to enjoy the streetscape, local shopping, and region gastronomy. In winter, skiers and snowboarders enjoy the excellent pistes on offer in the large resort of Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. The ski lift is at 1 km and the ski bus will take you there in no time. Hikes to the Kaltenbacher Wasserfall waterfall are popular.

The apartment has central heating for comfort when it is cold outside. From the balcony, you can cherish the surrounding views while sipping a nice cup of coffee. You can make use of the ski boot heaters when you return from the snowy slopes. There is a cot for the little one on holiday. Parking is available.

Eine saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zum Skilift ist es nicht weit (mit dem Auto 5 Minuten nach Kaltenbach/Hochfügen, 10 Minuten zur Zillertal-Arena - Skibus haben wir nicht genutzt). Die Sauna war ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag auf der Piste.

Gemütliche Einrichtung, alles praktisch und sauber. Jeweils Badezimmern zu den Schlafzimmern ist super praktisch. Nette Sauna. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, bis auf eine Suppenkelle, die hat echt sehr gefehlt =)

Sehr saubere geräumige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, Handtuchwechsel in der Wochenmitte, perfekte Lage mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge - sehr empfehlenswert! Verbesserungsvorschlag: modernere Fensterdeko und bequemeres Sofa im Wohnzimmer.

Das Haus bzw. die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Es war alles top sauber und sehr ordentlich. Und ich bin sehr pingelig! Die Küchenzeile ist zwar so ausgestattet wie beschrieben, allerdings gibt es wenig bis keine Arbeitsfläche. Man muss den Esstisch mitbenutzen. Für Kleinigkeiten reicht es aber und darauf haben wir uns auch beschränkt. Wir haben immer Küchenmesser, Sparschäler u.ä. dabei, was hier auch zu empfehlen wäre. Die Lage in Stumm ist sehr zentral. Mit dem Auto sind es keine 5 Minuten zur Talstation Kaltenbach. Den Skibus haben wir nur einmal benutzt, er fährt quasi um die Ecke ab. Auch der Saunabereich ist sehr sauber und zu empfehlen. Für uns aber ein großes Manko ist, dass die Sauna nur von 1630 bis 19 Uhr benutzt werden kann. Bei unserem Tagesablauf kaum zu schaffen.
