"The corner room has an excellent mountain view, though it can be slightly noisy if the window is open during summer for better ventilation. Overall we had a comfortable stay and staff are friendly too, they helped us to keep the yogurt in the fridge as my dog needs to take yogurt for breakfast daily. Thank you!"

"We stayed here for one night in a triple, which looked just like in the pictures. The room was fairly sparse with three twin beds, a tiny table and three stools, and a wardrobe. We came during the off-season when there were very few people in the hotel, so we had our hallway to ourselves. "Freundlich. sauber, Frühstück tip-top. Zimmer zur Straße etwas lärmig. Nur die Ankunft gestaltete sich schwierig, da wir gemäß schriftlicher Bestätigung um 1500 Uhr hätten Einchecken können, standen wir vor verschlossener Türe. Das Hotel öffnet am Wochenende erst ab 1700 Uhr!"

"An der Anzeigetafel stand, dass wir ein Cafe Venezia suchen mussten doch es war keiner in der Nähe. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass es die Strasse weiter oben ein Restaurant Rauchklang hatte und dort mussten wir den Schlüssel holen. Bis wir dies aber herausgefunden haben war sehr umständlich. Als ich auf die Nummer anrief hat der Herr am Telefon nur gesagt, dass wir die Strasse hinauffahren mussten und einfach der Strasse entlang, nicht in wlches Haus oder Restaurant.. Das Zimmer war genug um...

"Our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Our room had a small veranda. The owners made us very welcome, and gave us good advice. The Hochschwartwald card was excellent allowing us to visit Freiburg, Titisee and Donaueschingen by train and take a boat tour of the lake, all at no cost. We were really lucky to have found this small hotel."

"Bij het boeken stond gratis parkeren achteraf krijg je te horen dat je moet betalen. Inplaats van dat hij dat netjes aangeeft van te voren hoor je het achteraf. Hetzelfde met internet we vroegen de code maar hij gaf niet aan dat hij dit in rekening zou brengen. Dat bleek ergens op een papiertje te staan. Wij vroegen voor de zekerheid de WiFi code maar gingen gelijk de deur uit dus hebben hem nooit gebruikt. En dan beschuldigd deze man ons ook nog dat we cola van hem hebben gedronken terwijl...
