Welcome to "The Blue Lagoon Place," a delightful vacation destination 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium providing direct Atlantic Ocean views as well as a private community swimming pool and beach dune crossing just steps away from your front door. This residence has recently been updated with new vinyl woodgrain flooring throughout the living areas and bedrooms, fully renovated Kitchen and Bathrooms, and full refurnishing of the decor. Sleeping accommodations include a king-size bed in the Main Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom. A wide flat screen TV in the living room is surrounded by comfortable seating for relaxation inside, and this home also offers an oversize balcony directly accessible from both the Living Room and Main Bedroom overlooking the ocean blue water. Plan your day on the extra spacious balcony with breakfast and the sea breeze at sunrise or end your afternoon recreation there with beverages and dinner. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the surf and gentle ocean air. This property rental also provides its guests with access privileges to the Marriott Resort Ocean Club if you wish to enjoy on-site golf, pickleball, tennis, three additional resort swimming pools, fitness center, and beach club access in addition to the private community pool and amenities included within your condominium building. Please contact Ocean Club Pro Shop at the Marriott Hutchinson Island for information regarding fees and guest membership access. The Spoonbill Condominium Association prohibits smoking anywhere on the Spoonbill premises.

Nice Property Beware of Early Morning Checkout

The property was clean, good views and convenient. Management was very accessible. We would consider staying at this property again if they would give us a reasonable checkout time check out was at 9 AM no exception as a worldwide user of VRBO. We have never experienced this before. The cleaning staff began knocking on the door at 8:20 AM

Beachside Condo

Excellent location for the beach and within easy reach for the east coast towns and cities. Great places to eat nearby especially Benihana 10/10The condo is well appointed, but needed 4 beach chairs ( we bought 2 and left them there)Will definitely return in the future.

Beautiful beach/resort front property!

Perfect location beside resort (Marriott) and beach front. We used all the amenities-pools, beach with chair service (ocean club fee is optional which allows for the no hassle option). Hung out at the new duckpin bowling alley and enjoyed walks along the golf course. Would definitely stay again!
