"At first I was a little nervous, I was getting in late and I knew there wasn’t a reception, however Leo Apartments made me feel so comfortable. They answered the phone when I had a question and responded within minutes anytime I needed them. The room was clean and although the bathroom wasn’t attached it was nice to have a private bathroom. The only downside was that it could be a little noisy considering the time of year but I would absolutely go back and stay there again! "

"Nice, clean apartment, perfect location for sightseeing, but needs few upgrades - door seems like anybody could kick them open - I was with my family, but if I traveled alone I’d be scared to fall asleep at night as it was more like hostel set up (multiple rooms within one flat with no staff member in the reception) and you never know who are your neighbors. This property is close to the center of Old Town but still on the periphery where it’s easy to catch an Uber or for tour pickups etc. Our host was Julia and she was great, very responsive to texts and emails. "just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"I do not recommend it to anyone. I made a reservation and paid in advance. When I arrived at the location, there was no one to welcome me or my family. There were 5 of us. We tried everything and no one responded. I asked for a refund and the hotel did not grant it. It is easy to take money from people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE."

Every person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. My room was beautifully decorated, with a luxurious feel throughout. The gold accents and fixtures added an elegant, regal touch that made the space feel extra special. Every detail, from the lighting to the furnishings, was thoughtfully designed and created a truly upscale atmosphere. "This hotel was exceptional, we booked a junior suite and got a very lovely upgrade to the Metropolitan suite!!! The room was incredible, it even had a piano!! The air-conditioning was top-notch. The bed was super comfortable and the lounge area was very relaxing. We had complimentary water and a bottle of sparkling wine as part of our stay. The buffet breakfast each morning had a good variety and was good quality. The fab fusion bar was also very good value and a lot of choice. A lovely outdoor patio area in the sunshine for drinks was very relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. We would highly recommend this hotel, it was wonderful. "
