"The property was located in a very serene country setting. The locations of our interests were quite close. The two-lane roads were curvy and hilly and we loved it. "Traveled to Buffalo for a two day concert.. the house was easy to find and very close to the Bills stadium which is where we needed to go. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. Check in was a little confusing one email said 3pm one said 4pm. However when a called I was allowed access. Hosts were very nice and accommodating"

"We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area."

Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. "Clean enough but worn and old. The reason for three stars is mostly the outside parking area and driveway. Very muddy and full of leaves. I had to clean the mud off my shoes a few times. Couldn’t wait to leave. Would not stay there again! Sorry, I really wanted to like it."

"We had a GREAT stay here! We were a large family group, and so having 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms made the logistics very smooth. It is not easy to find a place in the area with actual separate rooms with real beds (as opposed to air mattresses), and so this was a welcome find. We also enjoyed the easy, roomy off street parking. The location was easy to find, and the apartment was well decorated, furnished cozily, and very clean.
