"Great overnight stay. Spa access included but was very busy! Great selection for breakfast and staff very nice. Easy access to Cheltenham and Gloucester. Booked via hotel.com and it’s not until you confirm that it advises of restrictions to spa access, should be noted in hotel description. "

"Rooms were very clean; staff were friendly and so helpful; full breakfast had many good choices. Travelled with family: grandparents, parents and children (including 1 autistic 5 year old). We were treated with care."

"Room was spotless, cosy, and very comfortable. Very calm decor too. Staff were brilliant, and so welcoming. Our dog was also allowed and made most welcome with his own little snacks and bed provided for him. Highly recommended! "
