Central Cotswolds with lovely views towards Cheltenham, Gloucester and beyond

‘The Coach House’ is situated on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment, in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and is surrounded by unspoilt countryside, with views towards Gloucester, Cheltenham, The Malvern's and beyond and is located between the villages of Upton St. Leonard’s and Painswick, affectionately known as 'The Queen of the Cotswolds.' The property lies adjacent to the owner's home and is just over half a mile away from Painswick Beacon, one of the highest points in Gloucestershire and the midway point for the Cotswold Way. Historic pubs and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket are all within a five minute drive of the property as is horse riding and golf. Cheltenham, famous for its horse racing and jazz and literature festivals, and Gloucester with its magnificent cathedral and 'Quays Shopping Outlet' with waterside restaurants, cafes and bars are all within a twenty minute drive. The newly refurbished property benefits from an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and TV, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom with TV and seperate shower room. The property benefits from underfloor heating, double glazing and ultra fast full fibre broadband with WiFi throughout. The property has its own parking area for 1 - 2 cars and its own garden with patio from where you can enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.

Beautiful location for a relaxing stay
Beautiful holiday cottage. Everything has been decorated and provided to a high specification. The views were lovely. Great location in which to enjoy many attractions and my husband and daughter particularly enjoyed the cheese rolling at Coopers Hill!

Absolutely Brilliant
We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was spotless and extremely well fitted out - could not fault any part of our stay. We felt so relaxed and comfortable and it was great to be able to return at the end of the day and unwind in such a lovely comfortable and clean property. We would dearly love to stay here again, but as we have travelled from New Zealand, we may not be able to return to the UK but absolutely 100% recommend this property to all discerning travelers. Lovely hosts.

First-rate holiday rental
This property is well presented and spotless. No corners have been cut, it's clear, on furnishings and fittings and everything one needs for a comfortable stay is on hand. Similarly, the grounds and surrounding areas are immaculate while the hosts are really pleasant and accommodating. This is a good base with many of the pleasures of the Cotswolds within a reasonably short drive and the city of Gloucester very close by.

Our stay at The Coach House was perfect. One of the nicest accommodations we have stayed in with fantastic views. Presented beautifully by the owner and had everything you needed. You could not find anywhere nicer to stay if you are wanting to explore the Cotswolds and would highly recommend.

A perfect property with a lovely view!
What can be said? This property is perfect for a couple or a small family, a lovely open plan living space with very up to date appliances (Induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer). Lovely underfloor heating through out with individual controls in each room means you can be warm and cosy and the showers are lovely in the ensuite and main bathroom. I can not think of one negative to this property, its lovely and cosy and just great (With friendly attentive owners who really seem to care about the property).
