We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us! "Have stayed at this hotel before, staff are friendly, gym & pool are both very good quality, restaurant food was very good, breakfast was also nice, the rooms are beginning to need a bit of a refresh, water was not very hot at all, we had several rooms booked all had the same problem with the water.
