"The hotel was well kept, rooms are quite dated but okay, looks like they are being renovated. Our room got cleaned every other day and when we asked why it wasn't being clean the receptionist said that the cleaning lady said she cleaned it but beds were not made and no fresh towels or toilet paper for us to use. Was very strange how she thought we were lying about our room not being clean. The"
"The staff was very nice and accommodating. They answered any questions we had. The pool is stunning. The hotel is very modern and clean. We did have ants in our room, probably because we were on the first floor and had a room right near the pool. We were only staying two nights so we didn’t call to complain but I’m sure if we did the staff would have accommodated us."
