"Kostas and his team were extremely welcoming and helped answer all our questions about our visit to Rhodes. The hotel is in a very central location but still has a quiet feel to it. The room had been decorated to a very high standard and the breakfast buffer was delicious."

"Our first time visiting Greece and we LOVED Rhodes. The location of Alley7 was excellent and we’re grateful that we booked the unit with the washing machine, private courtyard and hot tub. Everything was very convenient and just a 3 min walk to the Bazaar grocery store for anything you need. Air conditioning was efficient and quiet. I would definitely book again."

"If only staff at all hotels were this good. It is in a nice convenient location in the old town with a few minutes walk from the city gate. From a fabulous welcome, it was an easy check in. Then escorted to the room with an explanation on how everything worked and a complimentary welcome drink. The next morning breakfast was lovely and after check out I was taken out of the old town to the taxi stand where the hotel staff explained to the taxi driver where my next destination was. All round fantastic service and thanks for a lovely stay."

Savaas the owner is a gentleman and knows and loves his city and history and will teach some highlights of the past of Rhodes. Beautiful place, loved my stay and will some day come back to this experience again. Very impressed!!! We love Rhodes or Rodo how locals call it."

"I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"
