"That 24/7 minimart alone deserves 5 stars. Kinda incredible. Great selection and totally fair prices. Honestly, why don’t more hotels do this? The location’s perfect, and the staff were genuinely pleasant. Only downside is that it did get a bit noisy sometimes. But still if I’m in Rotterdam again, I’m booking here again without a doubt."

"Hotel mattress was extremely hard so the elder fell off the bed on the first night. Hotel was quick to try to rectify it, with a change of room no less. Glad we paid for breakfast, which made it easier given our travel with senior."

Wonderful, very spacious rooms...nothing like the ones we have seen on the cruises we have done. Fantastic beds too. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone traveling to Rotterdam."
