"The staff were very professional and friendly. The location was excellent. We liked the fact that it was across from Target and lots of shopping and dining options. It would have been nice if breakfast was included. The laundry room was small and could benefit from having more machines. The pool is a bit on the small side and definitely geared towards children. The elevators could have run more efficiently. One never seemed to be working. The price, factoring in the resort fee, is a bit high. The room was very comfortable and functioned well. The air conditioning was at the perfect level to sleep well at night."

"Great Location, friendly staff . Hotel offers free Beach towels, Umbrellas etc . Hotel is a little bit on the older side but if you are not looking for the most modern and still affordable stay , that’s the place to stay . Room got cleaned every day, which was very nice !!"

"Our stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber was very good overall. We had no major issues, and the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The only negative experience was with valet parking. I lost my claim ticket, and when I explained the situation, the gentleman working at the time was a little rude and dismissive. That being said, the other guys working valet were great and very helpful. The Hawaiian Aroma Caffe was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The staff was fantastic, and in our opinion, they have the best Mai Tais on Oahu! You also can’t beat their happy hour—$7 Mai Tais from 3–5 PM is an incredible deal, especially in Waikiki. Overall, the Beachcomber is a good hotel in a great location. It’s centrally located, easy to get around, and within walking distance of just about everything Waikiki has to offer."

"The property is about is a walking is about 8 mins walk to the International Market Place. The property was not affected with the power outage when typhoon LaLa hits unlike the more known big hotels by the beach. The price is fair and you get to save more because the room has a microwave, fridge, plates, spoons and forks, etc. The staff especially the front desk are on top of things. Bottom line ......worth it and will be booking it again."
