"We really enjoyed our stay. The property was gorgeous and much bigger than it appears on the photographs. Very well equiped and plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The beds were really confortable and the whole experience felt luxurious and special. The check in procees did cause us some anxiety as we havnt used this system before but Urs was really helful and made sure we were got into the property just fine. Would absolutely stay here again. We were apprehensive about accessing with an app but Urs and Team answered our queries promptly and we had no problem getting in. Very close to the S and U Bahn made getting in to central Berlin easy. One minor query during our stay was also reponded to quickly."
