"My main concern when staying at a hotel is cleanliness. It passed that test."

"This house is in a beautiful location, but it is misrepresented as to the condition of the home. Most of the furniture was very old, dirty, and stained. Some of the carpets and rugs were stained, and the dining chairs were wobbly and looked like they may break. Cabinet, dresser, and closet knobs were either missing or falling off. Some of the thermostats were falling off the wall. Screens were torn or missing from windows. Paint was peeling in one of the showers, and shower heads were malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. The primary bedroom was missing a shade, and there is no accessible closet space in that room. Lower bedrooms were missing hardware for their window treatments. There were wasps' nests outside on the patio, and spray did not help the situation. Patio furniture is rough and stained as well. There were issues with the air conditioning, that should have been resolved before our rental period, so that we would not have had to deal with those issues. The house is advertised as a luxury property, but it is far from it as it is in need of repair. I have stayed at many homes in the area for decades and this is the first time I have ever written a negative review. Frankly, had I seen this house before renting it, I never would have rented it."

"Found this gem. Very well laid out house lots of room to spread out. Small but well equipped kitchen, bedrooms were ALL comfy and we all slept so well. Communication with the owners was just right. Plenty without being too much. We loved it and would go back if ever in the area again. Very fortunate to have found it. You will not be disappointed!"

"Great location, nicely furnished 3BR / 3 BA condo in Hearthside, just across the street from the Village shops and slopes. The kids enjoyed the heated pool on property. Hot tubs and sauna were also fully functional and perfect after a day on the mountain. Would highly recommend! "
