"It was a charming place to stay and a great location near Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the bar and the piano player! I enjoyed a few nightcaps there listening to him play. The room did have a couple of quirks. The phone would light up (no noise) for no reason some evenings, for example. Not a big deal and not a deal breaker by any means."
