"Smooth rental booking from start to finish. The house is in a beautiful setting. Garden has the wow factor. The house is a good space and well laid out. However it could do with some work, some maintenance issues and a little grubby in places ( especially plates, glasses and cutlery - and downstairs bathroom has a damp smell ) Has the potential to be really great, just needs a little TLC and some extra touches like some extra blankets, some candles etc"

"On arriving the flooring was quite slippy we all had to take our shoes off to stop from slipping bedrooms were basic only 1 pillow per person spiders and cob webs on all ceilings bins full to bursting resulting in we could not empty the rubbish from the house couldn't put kitchen blind down as the cord was completely off and sitting on window sill cooker hob was broken bedroom door keeper in lock missing couldn't close the door no information booklet available had to telephone owner to ask how...
