Beautiful home in Strängnäs with sauna

Spacious and modern holiday home on an attractive lakeside plot.



Welcome to this charming and spacious house that makes a cosy impression. The house has 2 floors with bathrooms on each floor. One of the bedrooms has a wood burning stove. Bluetooth speakers are available in the house. From the modern country kitchen you have direct access to the terrace and the barbecue, where you will certainly enjoy gathering for lovely dinners in the summer.



A road leads to the house. You live on a beautiful lakeside property on Sweden's third largest lake, Lake Mälaren, with good fishing opportunities. A rowing boat is included and a motor can be hired. A motorboat can also be hired and life jackets are available for hire. A ramp is available for loading and collecting your own boat with car trailer. You have access to the communal sauna and outdoor wood-fuelled hot tub. There is a bathing jetty with ladder and a large lawn area by the lake.



The nature around the house is wonderful and rich in berries and mushrooms. It is only 15 minutes by car to Strängnäs, a charming little town with beautiful older houses, restaurants, shops and various events. Places of interest include Strängnäs Cathedral and nearby Mariefred with Gripsholm Castle.
