"Our room had a full chip bag from a previous guest in it. AC and curtains were pretty dirty and AC had exposed wires at the bottom. Shower didnā€™t drain properly. You were standing in dirty water quickly. We lost 4 hours of pool time in the evening when we were back from our event due to ā€œmaintenanceā€ ..."
