"The communication with the beachbox was great! They emailed right away answering questions I had. The main entrance was a little confusing for us, but we were able to get in without any major issues with the communication from Beachbox. Parking can be challenging but we got lucky with a spot right in front of the building. The steps/stairs squeak a lot. The walls had either water damage or fire damage on one area but wasn't too noticeable. Main bathroom faucet was leaking but it didn't bother...
