Kitchen with dinette, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Top floor: Bedroom 24 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at double sofa bed and The bedroom on the top floor is available from the third person or can be booked separately on site.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Stralsund, district Knieper Nord. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is located in an old terraced house with 3 apartments. The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor/attic. The house is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property and in the locality (1000 m).
