"Positiv war die Nähe zur Innenstadt, zum Hafen und zur Rügenbrücke. Stralsund und Rügen sind immer eine Reise wert. Das Ferienhaus ist klein und liegt zwischen hohen Wohngebäuden, so dass es komplett im Schatten liegt. In heißen Sommern ein Vorteil, dieses Jahr nicht. Die Terrasse war sehr klein, ungepflegt, ständig im Schatten und die Gartenmöbel verdienen diesen Namen nicht, der vorhandene Grill war voll mit Zigarettenkippen.
